Students receive the education needed to become a professional and competent Massage Therapist.
AWCHA's 1,000 hour program is approved by Nebraska & Iowa Massage Therapy Boards and the National Certification Board. AWCHA prepares the student to take the National Exam that is required by most states including Nebraska and Iowa. | | Class Start Dates 9-month Weekday Program
January, April, July & October
12-Month Evening/Saturday Program The weekday program meets three days a week from 8:30 am - 5 pm. The Sat/Sun class meets Saturdays from 8:30 - 5:30pm and every other Sunday from 10 - 4 pm.
Clinic hours may include some hours outside these times to better assist the student's needs. Some areas that graduates may choose to pursue include: Spas, Beauty Salons, Resorts, Cruise Ships, Wellness Centers, Health Clubs, Chiropractor / Medical Offices, Hospitals, Senior Centers, Rehab / Physical Therapy Centers, Home-Based Business, Partnerships, Health Food Stores, Malls, among many other possibilities.
